This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between WraithX (the "Bot Owner") and the user (the "User") of the WraithX Discord bot (the "Bot").

By using the Bot, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they should immediately discontinue use of the Bot.

1. Use of the Bot

The Bot Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Bot for personal or non-commercial purposes. The User acknowledges that use of the Bot is at their own risk.

2. Prohibited Use

The User may not use the Bot in any way that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations or infringes upon the rights of any third party. The User may not exploit the Bot for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Bot Owner.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Bot Owner is not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, account bans, service disruptions, or any other direct or indirect damages. The User agrees that the Bot Owner is completely unaccountable and immune from any claims related to the Bot's usage.

4. Modifications and Discontinuation

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without prior notice. The User agrees that the Bot Owner shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such actions, including loss of access, features, or data.

5. Payments and Refunds

Any payments made for services, features, or donations related to the Bot are non-refundable under any circumstances. The User acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to any refunds or compensation, even in the event of the Bot being discontinued.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including any related intellectual property, remain solely with the Bot Owner. The User may not copy, modify, or distribute the Bot or any portion thereof without explicit permission.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot Owner, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the User’s use of the Bot.

8. Termination

The Bot Owner may terminate this Agreement and revoke the User’s access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease all use of the Bot.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved at the sole discretion of an arbiter chosen by the Bot Owner.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Bot.

By using the Bot, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
